At a very basic level, Fonetica offers users the possibilty of obtaining an "Internet only" package, or an "Internet and Phone" package. Customers who contract the internet only service initially can upgrade to the Internet and phone package by paying the difference in the activation fee.

Internet Only Packages:

We have 2 types of internet packages available:

Easy Stream
The "Easy Stream" range is our best value for money always on broadband internet package. Starting from 624 Kbit/s downlink for € 29.95, it is a great product for home users and small home office users alike. Click here to view our Easy Stream range.

Symmetric
The "Symmetric" type of package, as the name suggests, provides the same speed on the uplink as on the downlink. This type of package is recommended for graphic designers, VPN users and customers who need the extra bandwidth available on uplink. Click here to view our Broadband Symmetric Range

Internet & Phone Packages:

The Internet & Phone package incorporates our Easy Stream range with a phone line. This phone line has a 952 number assigned to it and operates as a normal telephone service. Also we include a bundle of minutes for free every month and depending on where you will place most of the calls you make, you can choose between:

What Happens Next?

One of our English and Spanish speaking support staff will contact you take your bank details, confirm the optimal service plan for you, discuss any further requirements and arrange an installation date.

You will be contacted prior to installation to confirm your availability and to arrange a time. Installations typically takes 2 hours.

Following installation, you will simply be asked to sign a completion form, confirming that the installation is entirely satisfactory. This signature also authorises Fonetica to bill your bank account with the agreed amount.
